Housed on a Unix (FreeBSD) based server in secure world-class data centers, plenty of UPS backup power, backup generators, and N+1 redundant HVAC systems, our clients rest easy in the knowledge that their data is stored in a truly reliable atmosphere. In addition, frequent backups help ensure the safety of all our clients' data even in the case of a disaster. 

Our current uptime average per server is approximately 99.6 to 99.8%. Those figures aren't our server uptime but rather our service uptime. Our servers are up quite near to 100% of the time. We record uptime as how long all of the services on the server, such as MySQL, email and HTTP are functional. 

When comparing uptime figures between hosts, bear in mind that many companies may claim "99.99% uptime", but they will actually be referring to their servers being powered on and connected to the Internet; however, in most instances they won't subtract the downtime from a single service such as email not functioning, which we do.
