Greetings all,
Friday the 13th today - thankfully I'm not superstitious, but
I do wish that the raven with the glowing red eyes would stop
tapping his beak against my window - it's highly annoying. I'll
let him in after I finish this week's newsletter.
Is your billing information up to date?
Have you moved recently? Perhaps changed your credit card
details? It's important to remember to update your billing
information. There's a couple of ways to do this:
a) Contact our support team and our Accounts Administrator
will follow up with you.
b) You can make the changes yourself via your account
interface.
- Log into your control
panel.
- Select "manage billing/contact" on the left
menu.
- Make sure you fill in all the fields that are marked * at
the bottom of the page under the "Update Billing
Contact Info". if you need to change credit card
information, complete the "Update Credit Card
details" part.
Alternatively, you can change your billing information at any
time by going to:
https://secure.thinkhost.com/site/billing-update.php
Use this secure page to update your credit card number or
type, your mailing address, or your e-mail address.
Have a good weekend!
.....now, let's see what that raven wants from me...
Have a good weekend!

From our knowledge base |

Multiple domain support
You can host as many domains or subdomains as the alotted
server space allows under any Smart Essentials or higher account
by adding them via your account interface. The cost is only $10
setup for each domain and then $1 per month per domain.
Each added domain would have a separate folder within the account and would be accessible via the web like a "normal" domain e.g.
http://seconddomain.com
not
http://firstdomain.com/seconddomain/
All extra domains hosted under the same account would "share" the hard drive space, bandwidth and email address quota for the account.
Added domains can have their own email addresses e.g. contact@seconddomain.com. The added domains would also have access to
webmail.
If you need further clarification, please contact our support
team
