Greetings all,
Work was carried out over the weekend to enhance our mail
handling processes. With the addition of an extra
filtering process, we are now totally blocking a great deal of spam instead of
just tagging it and then passing it on to client mailboxes.
Mail that passes this first filtering test is then processed by
another set of spam filters and a virus scanner. Mail is then tagged
and viruses are stripped where applicable as usual.
While this process sounds more complex by adding the extra
filter, it actually dramatically decreases the load on our mail
servers, increases the speed of delivery and reduces the amount
of spam ending up in client inboxes.

Important:
Clients using phpBB2 forum software have been advised of a
security hole by the phpBB organization. Also, clients using
older IkonBoards are advised to upgrade their copies as soon as

Publishing your web site (troubleshooting):
-- Files are uploaded, but I still see a blank page?
If you have uploaded your files, but are still seeing the welcome page or a "parent directory" page, you did not upload into the correct directory. Please be sure you are uploading into the "docs" subdirectory of your domain directory in your account (such as example.com/docs/ directory).
-- I uploaded a new version of a file, but I still see the old one.
There are several reasons for this problem to occur. First, and most commonly, the file is likely cached by your web browser (your web browser creates copies of all web pages you visit) and you need to clear out your web browser cache. If you have cleared out your cache, and you're still seeing the problem, most likely your Internet Service Provider has a caching server, and you need to contact them to have them clear out their cache. If neither of these strategies works, please contact us and we'll help you resolve this problem.
