We thought that items may be getting a little bit difficult to find, so one of our team, Ilya, set about developing an application to organize things a little better. Roman then spent a couple of weeks in breaking up the current articles and tutorials into subject-specific chunks. The results of all their hard work can be viewed here:

The Knowledge Base is just one way we try to assist our clients. There's also the client forums and ThinkUpdate, our network status site; not forgetting this very newsletter  - with back-issues being available in our archives.

We also have a few other projects to improve support currently in the works, including live chat - that should be implemented within a month.

We are also one step closer to launching our new account control interface - the culmination of 2 years development work! A test installation was implemented on one of our servers last week - there's just a little more fine tuning to do, and then a month of further testing to ensure what we deliver to you works perfectly! To change your mailbox password:

1. Log into your account control panel.
2. Select "Edit E-Mail" on the left menu.
3. Select the mailbox and click "Edit".
4. Update the password by filling in the text box.
5. Click "Save changes" to accept the new password.

Please note that it can take up to 2 hours for a new password to become active.
